  • Refunds, cancellations, or changes are subject to the platform’s refund policy and any agreements between users and tutors.
  • Letspeaky.com is not responsible for disputes or damages arising from transactions or agreements made outside the official platform.
  • Users are encouraged to perform all payments, service usage, and communications via official Letspeaky.com channels for safety and protection.
  • Any transactions or agreements made outside the official platform are at the user’s own risk.

4. Current Payment Process and Offline Transactions

  • Currently, payments for Letspeaky.com services are made through official contact channels with our support staff, including but not limited to the payment and communication methods provided to users.
  • Letspeaky.com will confirm receipt of payments and activate service access after successful verification.
  • Users agree to follow payment instructions and procedures provided through official channels.
  • Payments made outside the designated channels may not be recognized or protected by the platform, and Letspeaky.com is not liable for risks or disputes from such transactions.
  • Tutors are compensated based on verified completed lessons, managed internally by Letspeaky.com.
  • Users are advised to keep receipts and proof of payment for their own protection.

5. Tutor Payments and Commission

  • Letspeaky.com collects payments from learners and pays tutors monthly based on verified completed lessons and agreed compensation rates and commissions.
  • Payments to tutors depend on service quality, quantity, and compliance with platform policies.
  • Letspeaky.com reserves the right to withhold, delay, or adjust payments in cases of cancellations, refunds, disputes, policy violations, or suspected fraud.
  • Tutors agree that payments processed through the platform are final, and any compensation disputes must follow official platform procedures.
  • Learners must not pay tutors directly outside the platform to ensure transparency and transaction security.
  • Letspeaky.com does not guarantee minimum income for tutors; payments depend on actual completed lessons.
  • Tutors are responsible for applicable taxes and legal obligations on their compensation.
  • Payment schedules, methods, and details will be communicated to tutors accordingly.
  • Any changes in payment policies or commissions will be notified in advance through official channels.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, trademarks, and materials on Letspeaky.com are owned or licensed by us.
  • Users may not copy, modify, or redistribute any materials without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
